We bought our first paper roll wrapper in 2012, and till now, we have 4 machines working at our paper mill. We produce 100,000 metric tons of paper every year, and Acmepac wrappers are very helpful in roll packing. Except for the first machine which we had replacement of film carriage, all machines are doing fantastic jobs.
The line was installed and put into use in our warehouse in the year of 2013. Having the max speed of 110 pallets per hour, the two wrappers handle some 30 containers of various types of loads every day. The wrappers are sturdy, efficient and easy to maintain.
The point that most appeals to me in ordering the packing line from Pakmate is you can always come up with a solution to my concerns. The PE sheet placed onto my empty pallets well prevented dust from the ground, which is well protection for my grains. This you solve by just a simple sheet dispenser. You behave an expert. Look to do more jobs in the future.
