Second Stretch Wrapping Line Installed At Golden Resources Rice Group in Hong Kong

The Golden Resources Group has achieved the pre-eminent position of being the largest wholesaler and distributor within the Hong Kong rice industry. GRDIL is a “Q Mark” and HACCP, ISO22000 Qualified company, which represent stringent production procedures an exceptional product quality. The introduction of in-line vacuum treatment packaging has been extremely successful and provided consumers with freshly milled rice in hygienic packaging. 

Purpose of our offerings of stretch wrapping line is to stretch wrap the stacked vacuum packed rice for transport. The line includes a pallet dispenser, in-line pallet wrapper, and conveyor system. Turntable conveyors picks up empty pallets from pallet dispenser and deliver them to two lines for palletizing. Afterwards, it combines the palletizing to the same exit conveyor for operator pickup. Overall handling speed is 50 pallets per hour.

As second line at the company, this line performs everlasting good. It reduces handling labors, and improves productivity.
