Edgeboard Applicators

In-line turntable pallet wrapper integrated with edge corner board applicator packing system. In view of overall production speed, 1 - 4 sets of corner paper board applicator can be applied. Corner board prevents sharp edges of the product from tearing stretch film. They also provide stacking stretch which allows pallets to be stacked on top of each other. Besides load protection, loads guarded by corner boards are less inclined to fall during transportation.

The Packing system consists of:

1. In-line turntable type pallet wrapper
2. 1 - 4 sets of corner paper board applicator, depending on overall packing speed
3. Each applicator equips with 2 cardboard corner magazines. Can choose more spare magazines.
