The Side Loading Carton Packer is designed for side loading cases that are laying horizontally, which is accommodating a wide range of products. 

Main structures of this horizontal loading case packer includes in-feed device, product collating device, case in-feed device, case diverter, filling device and case exit device, which are monitored by PLC. This custom designed system allows for many pack patterns and product sizes on the same machine and offers many collation methods for product grouping and orientation. Actual speed for a system can be determined after reviewing product and case samples. 
The compact side loading case packing system is very helpful in reducing floor space occupation, reducing labor and improved productivity. It’s an ideal machine for automated case handling solutions.
