Pallet dispensers and stackers are replace manual handling of pallets in automated material handling systems. Pallet dispensers are an integral part of most palletizing systems ensuring a pallet always ready for a robotic or conventional palletizer to load products. Pallets stackers place used pallets in one stack for reuse or transport. Acmepac pallet dispensers and pallet stackers are a great way to reduce labor and improve productivity in your palletizing systems.

STANDARD OPTIONS

Pallet dispenser & stacker could custom built to different pallet types/size and factory layout. Pallet discharge direction could be a 90°discharge.
Machine could be built to hold 25 pallets.
Optional conveyor could be chain or roller type.
A top sheet dispenser could be integrated to pallet dispenser to automatically place a piece of PE sheet onto the pallet.
