Purpose of a pallet collector and stacker is to collect and stack empty pallets after de-palletizing for re-use or transport. It's to replace manual handling of pallets in automated de-palletizing line. Pallet collectors and stackers are a great way to reduce labor and improve productivity in produciton lines. It can be integrated with chain, roller or board conveyors, with standard capacity of 15 pallets.

STANDARD OPTIONS

Pallet collector & stacker could custom built to different pallet types/size and factory layout. Pallet discharge direction could be a 90°discharge.
Machine could be built to hold 25 pallets.
Optional conveyor could be chain or roller type.
A top sheet dispenser could be integrated to pallet dispenser to automatically place a piece of PE sheet onto the pallet.
