Side seal pallet vertical strapping machine integrated with edgeboard applicator system. Edgeboard applicator automatic places 2 pcs of horizontal corner cardboards on top corners of pallets, to protect shipping cartons from being damaged during PP/PET strapping tensioning or deformation. With turntable conveyor, another 2 pcs of horizontal corner cardboards could be applied and strapped. It's an efficient way to protect the loads fragile corners. The packing system consists of:
1. Side seal pallet vertical strapping machine;
2. Movable pallet edgeboard applicator, with 2 independant gripping elements;
3. Two sets of edgeboard magazines. Each magazine can choose 1 - 4 corner board slots to design, dependant on pallet load height.
