Top seal pallet vertical strapper with edge corner appliator system - strap tensioning and welding from pallet top. It can be used for vertical strapping of ultra-low loaded pallets. Adopting three-axis sservo control system, it's highly versatile for different pallet lengths, widths and heights. Edgeboard applicator automatic places 2 pcs of horizontal corner cardboards on top corners of pallets, to protect shipping cartons from being damaged during PP/PET strapping tensioning or deformation. With turntable conveyor, another 2 pcs of horizontal corner cardboards could be applied and strapped. The packing system consists of:
1. Top seal pallet vertical strapping machine;
2. Pallet edgeboard applicator, with 2 independant gripping elements;
3. Two sets of edgeboard magazines. Each magazine can choose 1 - 4 corner board slots to design, dependant on pallet load height.
